World Impact Philosophy
Salem Alliance has participated in short-term missions trips for over 20 years. Increasingly, we have tried to identify the specific needs of the international worker families from our church and from our denomination. We have found that we can be most helpful when we respond to expressed needs from the mission field.
Our process includes communication from the field, approval by our Governing Board, team applications, team training (usually for one year), and debriefing. We typically have a team pastor as well as an appointed team leader.
We believe that God honors our obedience and willingness by using us to encourage His workers and advance His Kingdom.
