A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CONFERENCE ROOM REQUESTS: 

Requests must be submitted by at least 12:00 pm one day prior to the room use time
 (Requests for Sunday & Monday events must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Friday.)

This is a request only
         (You will be contacted with a confirmation number and room assignment.)    

Rooms seat 8 people comfortably (maximum of 10)

Reservations are available for a maximum of 3 hours

While there is no fee to use a Conference Room, your purchase at Broadway Coffeehouse does make it possible for us to continue to provide this public space for the community.

 

Room Use Expectations:

Please do not bring outside drinks into the Broadway Coffeehouse Conference Rooms.

Be mindful that others will be using the room after you and remove your belongings as you leave.
